On the 6^th of June, GZ Industries had the incredible opportunity to participate in an impactful school recycling event at Lagos Progressive Junior Secondary School in Surulere, Lagos. This initiative, designed to educate students about the importance of recycling and sustainability, was a resounding success, leaving a positive and lasting impression on everyone involved.

Our team, alongside members of the Food and Beverage Recycling Alliance (FBRA) and the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA), worked together to engage students with valuable insights and activities. Through interactive sessions and hands-on experiences, we emphasized the crucial importance of recycling in protecting our environment and conserving resources.

In celebration of World Environment Day, themed “Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience”, GZ Industries took a significant step by planting a tree on the school grounds.
