James was appointed the Group Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors effective the 3^rd of February 2020. James is an experienced senior business leader who has enjoyed a 30-year FMCG based career with PZ Cussons International PLC in various leadership roles around the world.

A Marketing professional by training, James has worked in Europe, Asia and most recently for over 14 years in Africa in roles which include Supply Chain Director, Managing Director and Marketing Lead.
